Living in a remote area can make a person's life rather challenging, are you agree with these sentence?

When a person lives in a remote zone, they have to resolve issues that people who live in regular zones does not  have to, for example collect water, travel big distances to get to another place, live without basic services, among others. So if we analyze the situation, someone in a remote area confront more challenges than a person who does not live in this kind of territory.

On the contrary, we can speculate that people who live in remote areas have enough difficulties in their life to go after more challenges, therefore person from a regular zone could be more attracted to challenges, because have not experienced adrenalin nor grave issues in their life.
